My Fit Menu is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Nutrition information

Numbers come from restaurants' published nutrition, calculations from their published ingredient data, or estimates — each is labelled. Restaurants change recipes, portions, and menus, and preparation varies by location, so numbers may differ from what you're served. Estimated values are ranges, not facts. Prices are typical and vary by location.

Local restaurant menus

Menus for local restaurants are read from each restaurant's own website or from menu scans people share, and every dish's nutrition is an estimate shown as a range. Menus change, so a dish may no longer be offered or may be made differently. If a menu is out of date, scanning the current one updates it for everyone.

Your recipes

Recipe nutrition and cost are worked out from USDA ingredient values, typical grocery prices, and the amounts you confirm, so they're only as accurate as the recipe. Recipes you import are kept privately on your iPhone for your personal use; you're responsible for having the right to save the content you import.

Photo estimates

Photo estimates are made by an AI model and checked against USDA data where possible. The model can misjudge portions or mistake one food for another, and it can't see hidden ingredients like oil or butter, so estimates are shown as ranges. Check the listed foods and adjust or leave out anything that's wrong before you log. Free photo estimates are limited to 3 a week and 10 a month; Pro includes unlimited estimates, subject to a fair-use daily limit.

Not medical advice

Targets and plans are general estimates based on standard formulas. They aren't medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorders, or clinical nutrition needs.

Allergies

My Fit Menu does not verify allergens and never marks a dish as allergen-free. Always confirm ingredients and preparation with the restaurant.

Subscriptions

My Fit Menu Pro renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your Apple Account subscription settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end.

Restaurants and trademarks

Restaurant names are the property of their owners and are used only to identify their menus. My Fit Menu isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant. Restaurant emblems and food images in the app are original illustrations and may differ from actual food.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Fit Menu is provided “as is,” and we aren't liable for decisions made based on nutrition information in the app.
